Make sure all the Ethernet cables are properly and securely connected and that the power cord is plugged in.
Make sure that the Wireless MAXg Access Point has been assigned an IP address. Follow the steps in Troubleshooting Ping Procedure. The Wireless MAXg Access Point must be properly connected to a networking device, preferably a router. Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) must be enabled on the network for an IP address to be assigned to the Wireless MAXg Access Point. If you can successfully ping the Wireless MAXg Access Point, follow the next Possible Solution to check your browser settings.
Verify the connection settings of your Web browser and ensure that the HTTP Proxy feature of your Web browser is disabled. This is necessary for the Web browser to read your Wireless MAXg Access Point's configuration pages. Start your Web browser.
