    USR9002 Installation (USB Driver and SureConnect Utility)
    Windows 98, Me, 2000, and XP USB Drivers

    Note: In order to prevent your browser from trying to open these files, right-click the file and select Save Target As... to download.

    This zip file contains the USB drivers for the USR9002 SureConnect ADSL USB/Ethernet Modem. Follow these steps to install the drivers:
    1. Download the 9002-install.zip file to a temporary location on your computerís hard disk drive such as C:\temp.
    2. Double-click the autoswitch.exe file extracted in the temporary directory and follow the on-screen prompts.

    Firmware version for Ethernet
    Note: This firmware upgrade can be done having only the modem connected to your computer through the Ethernet cable (no USB cable).

    1. Download the USR9002.img file to a temporary location on your computerís hard disk drive such as C:\temp.
    2. From the USRobotics SureConnect ADSL Utility Upgrade screen, click the Browse button to locate the downloaded upgrade.
    3. Select the upgrade and click Begin.
    Note: Do not disrupt this process as it may cause serious modem malfunction.

    This file only works on Macintosh operating systems 8.6-9.x. In order to prevent your browser from trying to open these files, right-click the file and select Save Target As... to download. For more information, refer to the User Guide located at the top of this page.
