Why:	The establishment of a corporate headquarters in Schaumburg is part of a transition begun in March, 2000, when U.S. Robotics was formed through a strategic alliance among NatSteel Electronics, Ltd., Accton Technology Corporation and 3Com Corporation. U.S. Robotics has operated as a completely independent company since September, 2000.
