In the Web User Interface, click the LAN tab. In this section you can configure and modify the Local Area Network (LAN) settings of the Wireless MAXg Access Point. These settings apply only to your local network.
In this section you can view and change the current IP address to either Dynamic or Static. If you choose Dynamic, you will not need to supply any information.
If you choose Static, you will need to enter the IP address, the Subnet mask, the Gateway, and the DNS Server. The IP address is the network identifying address for the Wireless MAXg Access Point and is the address that you would type into a Web browser to access the Web User Interface of the Access Point. The Subnet mask identifies your local network's IP address range to the access point.
