I cannot connect to the Internet.

Solution 1:

Be sure you have configured the Wireless Router with the correct connection information as supplied by your Internet service provider.

Solution 2:

Make sure that the power cord and all the Ethernet cables are connected correctly. This includes the cables connecting the Wireless Router and all the computers.

Solution 3:

Check the network cabling between the computer and the Wireless Router.

Try performing the ping procedure.
