To use USR MoH, you need to have a V.92 connection to the Internet and call waiting service on your telephone line. You can use USR MoH if you do not have caller ID service, but caller information will not display.
To access the MoH settings, right-click the tray icon and select V.92 Modem On Hold Settings.

If you are connecting to a server that supports V.92:
Note: If you pick up your handset before pressing the Answer button, your line will not switch to the incoming call.

With USR MoH, you can place a voice telephone call while you are connected with a dial-up connection.
A connection will be established with your ISP, the window will close and you should be back online.
Your ISP will terminate your Internet connection if you have not ended your call before the determined length of time. USR MoH displays a countdown of your remaining time.
To return to your Internet connection:

To continue your phone conversation and drop your Internet connection:
Talk until the timeout elapses, and the Internet connection will automatically be dropped.
