With USB Telephone Adapter active, the attached telephone handset can be used to check for and listen to your local voicemail and Skype Voicemail (requires the Skype Voicemail service).
When you have a new local or Skype voicemail, you will hear an intermittent beep in the VoIP dial tone. If you have no new voicemail you will hear the standard VoIP dial tone. You can only access your voicemail while there is no call in progress.
To access your voicemail:

To access voicemail from the handset attached to the USB Telephone Adapter:
Pick up the attached telephone handset. An intermittent beep in the VoIP dial tone indicates new voicemail messages. If you hear the telephone dial tone, dial ## to get VoIP dial tone.
Dial * to enter administrative mode
To access voicemail from a remote location:
Place a call to the telephone line that is connected to your USB Telephone Adapter or Skype account that is running with the USB Telephone Adapter.
When you are connected, dial * to enter administrative mode.
Dial your Pin number, then dial *.
For example: Dial 1 2 3 4 *
Do one of the following:
To access your local voicemail, dial 1.
To access your Skype voicemail, dial 3.
Your first voice mail message will automatically play.
While a message plays, you can use your telephone keys in to perform the following:
1: Repeat current message 2: Delete current message, move to next 3: Keep current message, move to next 9: Delete all messages, then dial 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel
At the end each message a single beep will play. If you don’t dial a valid key within 5 seconds after a message has ended the system will keep the current message and move to the next message.
To exit voicemail, dial ## or hang up the telephone.
