With your and Skype, you can add video to your Skype calls. You can send your image to the other party even if he or she does not have a webcam. For the other party to receive your images, both parties must be using Skype; calls involving conventional telephone lines (SkypeIn and SkypeOut) carry voice only.
Open the Skype video options to select the way that you send and view video with Skype. You can specify whether Skype automatically starts video with all Skype calls or prompts you to allow video for each call. Enable Skype Video must be selected on both parties' Skype video options. Refer to the video options page in Skype for information on video settings.
Place a Skype to Skype call.
Click Start My Video.
