My computer does not recognize the 56K USB Faxmodem.

Possible Solution:

The 56K USB Faxmodem may not be properly connected. Check the connections of the USB cable to the 56K USB Faxmodem and to the USB port on your computer. If your computer has two USB ports, try the other port.
