USRobotics Return Policy
USRobotics stands behind the superior quality of our products. While we make every effort to fulfill your order properly, we understand that in certain circumstances, orders may need to be returned. Returned products for refund must occur within 30 days from the purchase date. After 30 days your product will be eligible for the specific product warranty agreement. Please contact our Customer Service Department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is needed to expedite the return process and products returned without a valid RMA number will be considered unauthorized returns. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on unauthorized returns.
To receive a refund or replacement for your USRobotics product within 30 days of your online/phone purchase date:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call our Customer Service Department (800) 329-7664 x4603 within 30 days of receipt of your product to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
The support staff will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.
Refund credits will be processed within 30 days of receipt of product into our warehouse. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to be posted to your credit card.

Lost shipment claims will not be accepted after 30 days from original shipment date. Refund credits will be processed within 30 days of receipt of product into our warehouse. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the refund to be posted to your credit card. To ensure your return reaches its destination, we recommend that you use insured Priority Mail through the US Postal Service with delivery confirmation or UPS Ground Service. This gives you a way to track your shipment if it becomes lost. USRobotics is not responsible for packages that are lost in return shipping.
You may cancel any item from your order, provided that it has not yet entered the shipping process. Orders are transmitted to our warehouse several times a day to ensure quick processing. Once an order has been sent to the warehouse, it may not be possible to cancel it, especially if all items in the order are in stock. If your cancellation is unsuccessful, we will notify you by e-mail.
Inventory and Backorders
Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from the manufacturers. In some cases, we are researching or waiting for stock information from one or more of our suppliers. We will make every effort to get the item(s) back in stock as soon as possible. If we haven't been able to locate and ship the item(s) to you in 30 days, an order status e-mail will be sent to you. If for any reason we determine that a backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order, notify you immediately via e-mail, and delete the item from our catalog.
Note: Your credit card will not be charged until the item ships. Your credit card needs no adjustment upon order cancellation.
