The does not find the wireless network that I want to connect to.

  1. Verify that your access point or wireless router is functioning correctly.
  2. The network may not be broadcasting a Network Name (SSID). Open the and click the Wireless Networks tab. Click Add and select Use Utility (advanced network). Enter the network name and security configuration being used by the router or access point. Click OK.
  3. Change the channel on the access point or wireless router to channel 1 and retest. If the problem persists, change the channel on the access point or wireless router to channel 11 and retest. If the problem persists, change the channel on the access point or wireless router to channel 6 and retest.
