EasyConfigurator was unable to detect my Internet connection.

Solution 1:

Verify the power cord and the Ethernet or USB cables are connected correctly.

Solution 2:

You will need to manually configure your Internet connection. There are two methods of instructions you can follow to set up your Internet connection.

In EasyConfigurator:

In the router's configuration pages:

  1. Open a Web browser.

  2. In the location or address line of your Web browser, type 192.168.1.1 to access the router configuration pages.

  3. Click WAN Setup on the Internet tab.

  4. Manually configure your Internet connection.

  5. When you are finished, click Save. You should now be able to access the Internet.
