      Regulatory Information
      FCC Declaration of Conformity
These devices comply with FCC Rules Part 15. Operation is subject to the
        following two conditions:
These devices may not cause harmful interference.
These devices must accept any interference received, including interference
        that may causeundesired operation.
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for
a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These
limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference
in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can
radiate radio frequency energy. If this equipment is not installed and
used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, it may cause
harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee
that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this
equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception,
which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user
is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the
        following measures:
Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
Connect the equipment to an outlet on a circuit different from that to
        which the receiver is connected.
Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
The use of shielded cables for connection of the monitor to the graphics
card is required to assure compliance with FCC regulations. Modifications
to these devices not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance
could void the user's authority to operate this equipment.
       Detachable Antenna Information
FCC Part 15, Subpart C, Section 15.203 Antenna requirement
USR 5416 users: An intentional radiator shall be designed to ensure that
no antenna other than that furnished by the responsible party shall be
used with the device. The use of a permanently attached antenna or of
an antenna that uses a unique coupling to the intentional radiator shall
be considered sufficient to comply with the provisions of this section.
The manufacturer may design the unit so that a broken antenna can be replaced
by the user, but the use of a standard antenna jack or electrical connector
        is prohibited.

      FCC Radiation Exposure Statement
This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for
an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated
with minimum distance 20 cm between the radiator and your body.

        Industry Canada Statement
The term "IC" before the radio certification number only signifies that
Industry Canada Technical specifications were met. This equipment complies
with the Industry Canada Spectrum Management and Telecommunications policy,
RSS-210 standard, Low Power License-Exempt Radio Communication Devices.
Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

        - This device may cause interference.

        - This device must accept any interference, including interference that
may cause undesired operation of the device.

To reduce potential radio interference to other users, the antenna type
and its gain should be so chosen that the equivalent isotopically radiated
power(EIRP) is not more than required for successful communication. This
device has been designed to operate with an antenna having a maximum gain
of 2dB. Antenna having a higher gain is strictly prohibited per regulations
of Industry Canada. The required antenna impedance is 50 ohms.
       UL Listing/CUL Listing
