In bridge mode or range extender mode, the access point will not connect to another networking device.

Solution:

If the channel of the WDS peer changes, the access point's Status page still shows the previously used channel. Although the Network list on the Wireless page displays the selected network and the new channel, the change has not yet been applied to the access point. Update the settings by clicking Save at the bottom of the Wireless page.

Make sure that the access point and the WDS peer are using the same network name, channel, security settings, and transmission settings.
